Mr. Gutierrez is a tireless advocate dedicated to pursuing justice for his clients. He understands that communication with his clients is vital to achieve a successful result whether it involves litigating a child custody dispute on behalf of a parent or preparing a lease agreement on behalf of a corporation.

To that end, Mr. Gutierrez uses his best efforts to respond to his clients' inquiries within twenty four (24) hours and will meet at times and locations that are most convenient to his clients. He will spend the time and energy to fully explain legal options so his clients will have sufficient information to make fully informed decisions regarding how to proceed with their cases.

Oliver R. Gutierrez, ESQ.

Mr. Gutierrez is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association. In 2007, he served as the President of the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association and in 2006 he served as the Vice Chair of the 2006 Hispanic National Bar Association Convention and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Gutierrez received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of California, Berkeley in May 1997, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2001. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in February 2002.

Mr. Gutierrez is a member of San Carlos Crossfit, and enjoys training for triathlons, playing the piano, mentoring students, and traveling.
