Mr. Gutierrez has transactional experience including negotiating and preparing commercial leases (both landlords and tenants), purchase and sales agreements, deeds, and other documents related to real property acquisition. Previously Mr. Gutierrez has represented the community development banking departments of Bank of America and Silicon Valley Bank, as legal counsel for affordable housing transactions.<

Recently, Mr. Gutierrez represented a landlord in the negotiation and preparation of major shopping center lease at McKee Green Plaza, a "LEED Certified Green Property,” in San Jose, California.
